James Earnest Kinard, Jr. was convicted in federal district court of four counts of failure by a licensed firearms dealer to make appropriate entries in firearms records required to be kept by law, and of making false entries by a licensed firearms dealer in firearms records required to be made by law, in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 922(m) and 2.
