Conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute one or more controlled substances; possession of one or more firearms and ammunition by a convicted felon; knowingly and willfully combine, conspire, confederate, and agree with each other to commit an offense against the United States, that is, the carjacking of a motor vehicle and its contents, which motor vehicle had been transported, shipped, or received in interstate commerce; knowingly and intentionally, with the intent to cause death and serious bodily harm, take a motor vehicle and its contents by force and violence resulting in death; knowingly carry and use a firearm during, and in relation to, a crime of violence, and a drug trafficking crime and in the course caused the death of a person through the use of a firearm (four counts); knowingly and intentionally possess with the intent to distribute one or more controlled substances; possession of one or more firearms by a convicted felon; knowingly use and carry one or more firearms, during and in relation to a drug trafficking crime
