Kenneth Lee Kelley was convicted in the Eastern District of Oklahoma in 2004 of multiple offenses including two counts of felon in possession of a firearm after a former conviction (18 U.S.C. §§ 922(g)(1) & 924(a)(2)), possession of a stolen firearm (18 U.S.C. §§ 922(j) & 924(a)(2)), three counts of attempt to manufacture methamphetamine (21 U.S.C. §§ 846, 841(a)(1), (b)(1)(A), & (b)(1)(B)(viii)), possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine (21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1) & (b)(1)(C)), possession of methamphetamine (21 U.S.C. § 844), possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine (21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1) & (b)(1)(C)), and possession of a firearm in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime (18 U.S.C. § 924(c)(1)(A)(i)). He was sentenced to 360 months imprisonment and 96 months supervised release. On August 3, 2016, President Barack Obama granted Kelley a commutation of his sentence.
